Eric Sheehan – Principal Fire Safety Consultant
Eric is a consummate professional and an invaluable member of the Concept Safety Systems team with over 38 years of experience in the fire prevention and protection industry.
Retiring from the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service in 2008 following an impressive career, Eric is skilled in developing highly complex emergency evacuation training procedures and management strategies for any business.

His work as the Area Director for the Queensland Fire and Rescue Services’ Professional Development and Commercial Development Units and as the State Manager of the Fire Evacuation Planning Branch was in particular met with high praise and saw him awarded a prestigious Australia Day Achievement Award for his outstanding contribution to the organisation.

Now bringing his years of experience to Concept Safety Systems, Eric is the main developer of the company’s interactive online Fire Evacuation Program, which he specifically designed to ensure every Australian business is fully prepared.

Mike Kidwell – Account Manager
Mike is a proactive, multi-skilled businessman who brings a vast array of knowledge and experience to Concept Safety Systems.

Specialising in communications, Mike’s career has spanned over 20 years and across five continents helping businesses both large and small to operate more efficiently.

He is skilled in reorganising, building and developing companies and has excelled in a number of different communications positions.

The key client liaison for Concept Safety Systems, Mike provides fundamental sales, marketing and business development strategies that ensure the company is always providing the highest quality service and achieving the best possible results for every customer.

Carolyn Josey – Project Manager
Carolyn joins the Concept Safety Systems team after working for seven years in the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service’s Fire and Evacuation Planning Unit.

Beginning as an Executive Assistant within the organisation, Carolyn’s dedication and hard work saw her quickly attain the role of Project Manager, where she acquired extensive knowledge and qualifications in the emergency evacuation training and management industry.

She is particularly strong in managing multiple client accounts and provides exemplary emergency evacuation strategies that go above and beyond customer expectations.

Renowned for her ability to develop and tailor fire evacuation plans to suit a wide range of businesses; Carolyn provides invaluable expertise to Concept Safety Systems as one of the key developers of its innovative Fire Evacuation Program.
